Warranty and Returns

At Urban Decor, we are committed to providing our customers with quality products and excellent service. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we are here to help you. If your item arrives damaged or you are not happy with your purchase, return it and we will either replace it or refund in full. Postage charges are also refunded.


We offer warranty against defects on all products ranging from 1- 10 years. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. Please note that we'll need a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process for you.

Conditions of Returns:

  1. Item(s) need to be returned within 14 days
  2. Returned in the original condition
  3. Returned in proper packaging

How to Return / Make Warranty Claim.

Returns and warranty claims are easy. Follow the steps below:

  1. Email sales@urbandecor.com.au or call us on 1800 706 658 to request a refund / exchange / warranty claim. We will forward you our returns form and a reply paid sticker.
  2. Print the shipping label and attach it to your return parcel.
  3. Drop off your package at any Australia Post office, or if it's small enough you can put it in a post box. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the return at our warehouse. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange is done.
